For over more than two decades, Myriam Vidalon has led transformation across operations, business intelligence, workforce strategy, talent, culture, M&A integration, and organizational redesign.

Her experience includes leading enterprise transformation initiatives impacting more than 35,000 employees globally across 80+ countries, including workforce integration, culture transformation, leadership capability, operating model redesign, and AI adoption.

Throughout her career, one pattern became clear:
